Funky Chicken Curry
Get your funk on and serve up some smooth moves along with this flavorful curry!
For best results, cook with: "Pour Yourself In It"♫

  • ½ kg potato chunks
  • 300 g carrots chunks
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 pc medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 kg chicken thigh and leg (cut up)
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 pouch (40g) Del Monte Quick n Easy
    Curry Mix
  • 1 cup thick coconut milk
  • or 1/3 cup evaporated milk plus ¾ cup water
  • 1 pc small red bell pepper cubes

  • *Makes 10 Servings
Fry potatoes until cooked. Set aside.
Step 1
Fry the carrots next, then set aside.
Step 2
Saute garlic, onion and chicken in oil for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in Del Monte Quick n Easy Curry Mix.
Step 4
Next, add the coconut or evaporated milk.
Step 5
Cover and simmer over low heat until chicken is done.
Step 6
Lastly, mix in fried potatoes, carrots, and bell pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

And it's done! Serve it up with some spunk.
